By accessing or using digital curriculum resources provided by Ed Dynamic LLC ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Intellectual Property
All resources provided by the Company are the exclusive intellectual property of Ed Dynamic LLC and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
3. License
Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the resources for personal or professional purposes. This license does not confer ownership rights.
4.Restrictions

b) Selling or redistributing resources

d) Using resources beyond the scope of the license

Ed Dynamic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the resources.
9.Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and any states within that they are utilized.
10. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of resources after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Returns Policy for Ed Dynamic LLC
1. Digital Nature of Products
Due to the digital nature of our curriculum resources, returns are generally not offered once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
2. Errors and Defects
Returns will only be granted in cases where there is a demonstrable error or defect in the product that is the fault of Ed Dynamic LLC. In such cases, we will work to resolve the issue and make the situation right!
3. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incompatibility with your systems, or if you simply don't like the product after purchase. We would love to work with you to help you find how the resource could be implemented, however!
4. Support and Assistance
If you're experiencing difficulties using our resources, we're here to help. Please contact our support team at support@ed-dynamic.com, and we'll be happy to assist you in utilizing the products you've purchased.
5. Refund Process
In the rare event that a refund is approved due to product error, it will be processed using the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
6. Time Limit
Any issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase for consideration.
